are part of our greater lululemon Supply Chain organization. This
team supports lululemon's overall purpose by ensuring we are
fulfilling our products to our guests through our various channels
including our retail stores and ecommerce.A DAY IN THE LIFE (2nd
Shift 5:00pm-3:30pm Mon, Tues, Thurs, Friday)
- Investigates and problem solves inventory inaccuracies in the
WMS - Warehouse Management System
- Performs real time audits of on hand inventory as part of our
SOX program
- Actively communicates results and findings across distribution
center departments
- Performs investigations for missing product and cycle counts on
an order picker
- Maintains a safe work environment through our safety program
and lean mentality
- Keeps their warehouse area clean and always organized
- Engages in training, team building, meetings, and personal
development
- Responsible for performing job duties in accordance with DC
Guidelines and company policies
- Employees may be assigned a new department depending on
business needs QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to remain focus on detail-oriented tasks in a
fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
environment
- Capable of adapting to third party technologies (RF scanners,
voice picking and new systems)
- Excellent counting skills and detail focused
- Ability to meet attendance requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs frequently
- Ability to maintain a safe work environment
- Flexible and adaptable with schedule which could include
nights, working required holidays, weekends with occasional

apply.Compensation and Benefits Packagelululemon's compensation
offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that
recognizes exceptional team performance. The base pay range for
this position is from $19.35/hour, subject to minimum wage in the
location. The base pay offered is based on market location and may
vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and
internal equity. This position has a target bonus of an additional
5%, subject to certain requirements and the Company's discretion,
bringing the total hourly target compensation range between $20.32.
Employees in this position may be eligible for shift premiums

- Investiga y resuelve problemas de inexactitudes de inventario

WMS).
