Accounting Specialist Salary: $25-$30/hr ABOUT THE COMPANY: CFS has partnered with a growing company on their search for an Accounting Specialist. Great benefits including annual bonuses, great insurance options, and wellness incentives Advancement opportunities RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST: Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents accurately and efficiently. Ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices and expense reimbursements. Verify and reconcile vendor accounts, resolving any discrepancies or issues. Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding invoice status and payment inquiries. Maintain organized and up-to-date records of accounts receivable transactions. Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes related to accounts payable. Review and analyze vendor statements to identify and address outstanding balances or discrepancies. EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST: Associates in accounting OR previous experience in AP/AR, billing, and/or invoicing Previous manufacturing industry experience is a plus Excellent Excel skills Strong ERP acumen/ability to pick up new software ZRCFS INUNE2025
