Job Description:

diligent Branch Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be
the backbone of daily branch operations, ensuring effectiveness and
efficiency that upholds our standard of personalized service. You
will collaborate with a dedicated team, facilitating smooth
transactions and promoting a secure banking environment. Oversee
daily operations within the branch ensuring compliance with banking
policies and regulations. Assist in the processing of customer
transactions and resolve issues as they arise. Maintain a high
level of accuracy in all financial records and transactions.
Collaborate with the branch manager to implement operational
improvements. Train and support other branch personnel in
operational procedures. Monitor and report on branch operational
performance. Ensure security measures are adhered to, protecting
customer privacy and mitigating risks. Strong knowledge of banking
operations and finance. Proficiency in using banking software and
common IT systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. High level of
integrity and professionalism. Certified Bank Operations Manager
(CBOM) preferred. Relevant compliance training or certifications
(e.g., Anti-Money Laundering, Risk Management).
