TITLE MARKETING AND SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR
DESCRIPTION
Position Summary:The Marketing and Social Media Coordinator will be
responsible for executing and supporting a wide range of marketing
initiatives to boost brand visibility and foster audience
engagement. Working closely with the marketing manager, you'll
assist in creating impactful campaigns, organizing events, managing
social media, and optimizing digital content to reach new and
existing clients effectively. This role requires a creative thinker
with a keen attention to detail and a passion for brand
storytelling.Key Responsibilities:- Campaign Coordination:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop, implement, and
track multi-channel marketing strategies that drive brand awareness
in the video and event production industry.- Content Management:
Assist in creating and distributing marketing materials, including
brochures, press releases, social media posts, email campaigns, and
website updates.- Social Media Management: Manage social media
accounts, schedule posts, create engaging content, respond to
followers, and analyze performance to optimize reach and
engagement.- CRM and Database Management: Maintain the marketing
database with up-to-date client and prospect information using
HubSpot to support targeted campaigns.- Market Research: Conduct
market research to identify trends and insights that inform
marketing strategies and highlight new opportunities.- Vendor and
Partner Relations: Coordinate with external vendors and partners to
ensure high-quality and timely execution of promotional materials
and event logistics.- Event Support: Assist in organizing in-house
and client events, including logistics, attendee management, and
on-site coordination.- Analytics and Reporting: Track and report on
the effectiveness of marketing efforts using analytics tools,
making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications,
Advertising, or a related field- Minimum of 2 years of experience
in marketing, socal media or event coordination, with a strong
understanding of digital marketing- Proficiency in marketing
automation and CRM software, preferably HubSpot- Experience with
social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) and tools
like Hootsuite or Buffer- Knowledge of SEO principles, content
marketing strategies, and digital advertising- Strong written and
verbal communication skills with a detail-oriented approach-
Organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects
and meet deadlines- Basic graphic design skills and familiarity
with design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite- Experience with
Google Analytics and other data analysis tools for performance
tracking- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative
marketing campaigns Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in video
production or event management is a plus- Knowledge of current
marketing trends, tools, and emerging digital platforms- Must hve
vaild drivers' license and a willingness to attend events and work
occasional evenings or weekends as required
