Job Skills / Requirements Summit Building Services is looking for an experienced supervisor to grow with our team. This would be a site supervisor position with an assigned building and team of employees. This position would include running a power washer and running a tow motor. You may still be required to travel to other accounts as needed. 40 hours weekly: Monday-Friday, 7am-3pm Pay Rate: $17.00 hourly You must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass drug test and background check. Job Duties Include: Work with employees to handle all client requests or complaints in a timely manner Supervise, train, motivate, and develop team members Coverage of janitorial duties in the event of employee absence Disciplinary action and/ or termination of employees when necessary Perform regular inspections of buildings to ensure that specifications are being met Correct deficiencies in buildings whenever necessary Complete work tickets Recommendation of special project work when needed Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company’s policies and applicable laws. Any other duties, as assigned.
