Job Description:
Progressive Auto Group is looking for a full time SERVICE
CONSULTANT / ADVISOR for our fast growing dealership located in
Massillon, Ohio. This is a great opportunity to join one of the

excellent customer service skills and a pleasant, positive attitude
in our high energy Service Department. Self-confidence, excellent
listening and communication skills, will allow you to create
results. For the right individual, experience is a plus, but is not
a requirement. Service Advisor job responsibilities include: Assist
customer through entire vehicle repair process Communicate with
technicians on customer concerns and work needed Keep customer
