Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.
Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be
considered. A full-time special education teaching position is
available for the spring semester at an elementary school serving
students with multiple disabilities. This contract role runs from
January 5, 2026, through May 22, 2026, located in Pickerington,
Ohio. Responsibilities: - Provide tailored instruction and support
to a caseload of approximately 8 elementary students, primarily
Kindergarten, with varying grade levels and multiple disabilities.
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
that meet each students unique learning needs. - Collaborate with
general education teachers, related service providers, and families
to ensure a supportive learning environment. - Monitor student
progress and adjust interventions accordingly to promote
educational growth. - Maintain accurate records and participate in
team meetings. Qualifications and Experience: - Active Ohio
intervention specialist license is required. - Previous experience
working with elementary students in special education preferred. -
Strong understanding of instructional strategies for students with
multiple disabilities. - Effective communication and collaboration
skills. - Ability to work onsite full time for the duration of the
