Job Description Job Description Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1 years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A contract opportunity is available for two Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support Extended School Year (ESY) programs in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. These positions provide specialized behavioral services within a school setting focused on students with moderate to severe needs. Candidates will work Monday through Thursday, approximately 24 hours per week, during ESY instructional dates from June 29 to July 30, 2026. Location: Positions are assigned in Bucks County with main office operations based in Doylestown, PA. Assignments include Fallsington Elementary and Samuel Everitt School in Levittown. Placement will consider candidates residential location within a 35-minute commute of the assigned school and the best match of skills to student needs. Key Responsibilities: Deliver behavior analysis services aligned with BCBA standards and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Collaborate with teachers and related services staff to implement behavior intervention plans Conduct assessments and develop data-driven behavior support strategies Participate in orientation and training sessions prior to ESY program start Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and treatment fidelity Candidate Qualifications: Active Pennsylvania DOE BCBA credential required Experience working with populations exhibiting moderate to severe behavioral needs Strong understanding of behavior intervention techniques and data collection Reliable transportation with ability to commute within 35 minutes to site Commitment to full ESY schedule including preparation and student instructional hours Ability to work Monday-Thursday, 9:00 am to 2:30 pm student hours (with related services staff hours from 8:45 am to 2:45 pm) Understanding of PA DOE credentialing timeline and readiness to comply with requirements Additional Information: Candidates who have worked with the client through another agency in the past year are ineligible.
