Job Overview: Are you someone who enjoys working with your hands
to keep things running smoothly? Marvin is looking for a Senior
Boiler Operator who takes pride in maintaining safe and efficient

to keep low-pressure boilers and other equipment running, ensuring

of your role: Operate and maintain high-pressure boilers and
related equipment Monitor systems to ensure safe and efficient
performance Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues as needed
Lead annual tear down, cleaning, and assembly of boilers Work
independently and as part of a team to support facility operations
Operate heavy equipment such as pay loaders You're a good fit if
you have (or if you can): High school diploma or GED Minnesota 1 st
Class C Boilers License or higher 4 years of experience as a 1 st
class C Boiler Operator Experience troubleshooting high-pressure
boilers, steam systems, air compressors, and water treatment
systems Ability to read schematics, prints, and equipment manuals
to diagnose issues Also want to make sure you have: Flexibility
when working with frequently changing priorities A willingness to
learn and grow in your role Excellent communication skills and a
