Direct Placement - NO Contract! - Lewis Center, OH Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team on the 2nd shift (1:30-10pm Sunday - Thursday). This role involves working in a dynamic apparel printing company, renowned for collaborations with major brands such as Disney, Marvel and the NFL. The position is a direct hire, offering competitive hourly pay. Responsibilities Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on screen printing machines, laser machines, and other high-speed automation equipment. Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues efficiently. Maintain and repair industrial machinery and equipment, ensuring optimal performance. Utilize knowledge of 480 volt/3 phase systems in maintenance activities. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Use various testing devices related to mechanical trades. Essential Skills Industrial maintenance experience. Electrical troubleshooting proficiency. Mechanical maintenance expertise. Experience with 480 volt/3 phase systems. Ability to read and comprehend blueprints and schematics. Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics. Additional Skills & Qualifications At least three years of relevant experience or training. Five years of maintenance facility experience preferred. Knowledge of basic construction, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical. Licensed Forklift Operator (preferred).
