Job Description Job Description EMH&T is looking for a
Senior Civil Engineer, PE to join our team as a Project Manager in
our Transportation Planning and Design division located in
Columbus, OH. You will have the opportunity to assist with all
aspects of project development and subsequent plan preparation
using drafting and engineering design techniques to meet our client
needs. Typical projects involve design or redesign of
highways/roadways, interchange design, drainage design, plan
reviews, and coordination with public regulatory agencies and
utility companies. You will be conscientiously mentored and will
gain experience on a vast array of projects; including large-scale
roadway design projects and city/township/county projects, offering
a wide variety of scope. Desired Skills Attention to detail,
organizational and follow up capabilities. Flexibility and
adaptability to shifting priorities. Demonstrated oral and written
communications; strong work ethic. Creative application of
technology to tasks and to solve problems. Ability to act as a
technical lead within a team environment, including checking of
plan/calculation. Planning and organization capabilities with high
attention to details; ability to manage multiple priorities and
deadlines; manage time effectively. Excellent verbal communication
skills and the ability to express ideas clearly. Familiarity with
CAD and design software, including: MicroStation and
GEOPAK/OpenRoads Designer (ORD). Qualifications Bachelor’s degree
in Civil Engineering with a concentration in Transportation
Engineering. Professionally licensed in Ohio. 10 years work
experience in the civil engineering is required, experience with
