Job Description Job Description Sponsler - Donley Ford of Ashland is looking for a Mobile Automotive Service Technician to join their growing team. This individual will provide dependable mobile automotive servicing, diagnostic and repair services to customers. Benefits: Health / Dental / Vision / Life Insurance Paid Time Off 401(k) with employer match Employee Discounts Paid Training 4 Day Work Week Responsibilities: Perform basic factory recalls, replace filters, batteries, program keys, perform basic diagnostics, oil changes, tire rotations, and brake replacement. Diagnose vehicle issues as needed Keep accurate records including time, materials, and costs associated to each repair Observe and maintain company safety regulations Communicate with customers in regard to repairs and status Explain repairs and processes to customers Requirements: Valid driver's license Preferred (but not required) three years of experience in automotive repair Ability to lift heavy parts and equipment Ability and willingness to work on any make or model car Ability to diagnose vehicle issues Basic knowledge of the principles of automotive systems and their diagnostic & repair procedures Highly organized with strong attention to detail Good communication and excellent customer service skills For choosing an exceptional Ford and CDJR models, customers deserve to enjoy an equally outstanding sales process.
