Job Description Job Description Maintenance Technician Pay: Depends on experience Shifts (2nd and 3rd shift available) Job Description As a Maintenance Technician, you will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair company equipment, including production equipment, warehouse bay doors, electrical systems, and heating and cooling systems. You will perform preventative maintenance and adhere to all company policies, standards, and procedures. Your role involves performing changeovers on production line equipment, communicating with coworkers, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the maintenance shop. Responsibilities Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with company equipment, ensuring repairs meet established standards. Perform preventative maintenance, such as machine lubrication and conveyor belt replacement, according to guidelines. Adhere to company policies, including OSHA and safety requirements, and wear required personal protective equipment. Perform equipment changeovers to minimize downtime during production runs. Communicate effectively with coworkers, internal customers, and supervisors regarding equipment repair needs and issues. Complete preventative maintenance records, work orders, and other required paperwork. Exhibit regular and predictable attendance, work assigned schedules, and perform overtime as needed. Order parts and maintain parts inventory. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and maintenance shop. Essential Skills Industrial maintenance experience on production equipment or Associate's/Trade School degree. Proficiency in electrical systems up to 480V, pneumatics, hydraulics, motor repair, and gearboxes. Ability to troubleshoot hydraulic systems and conveyor systems. Experience with maintenance and preventive maintenance. Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $34.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
