Job Description Job Description Job Title: Light Industrial Assembler $21-$24 Job Description We are seeking dedicated and skilled individuals to join our team as Light Industrial Assemblers. This role is crucial in assembling and wiring electro-mechanical chassis and systems, ensuring high-quality production and compliance with safety standards. Responsibilities Study, understand, and follow assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, job travelers, facility procedures, and parts lists. Position parts and subassemblies using templates or by reading measurements. Report assembly, equipment, material, and/or quality problems to obtain additional resources or direction. Complete preventive maintenance according to the schedule and instructions. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with PPE procedures, work rules, and regulations. Document actions by completing production and quality forms. Contribute to a team effort by accomplishing related tasks or rotating through different processes/jobs as required or directed. Operate per established company policies. Essential Skills Ability to read and interpret schematics and assembly documents. Mechanical aptitude with the ability to use hand and power tools. Prior electrical/electronic wiring Experience in wire harness and electrical assembly. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in PCB assembly and soldering. Telecommunication work experience. Work Environment The work environment is very clean and climate-controlled, fostering a culture where employees need to get along well with others. The role involves working from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Thursday, with the opportunity for 5 to 10 hours of overtime. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of LEWIS CENTER, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.
