Do you switch comfortably between manual lathes/mills and CNC mills/lathes? Will you verify tolerances with micrometers, dial indicators, and Vernier calipers—every time? Shift Details 2nd Shift: 3pm–11pm. You’ll train on 1st shift for 3–6 months before transitioning to 2nd. What You’ll Do Set up and operate manual lathe, mill, grinder, drill presses, plus CNC mill and CNC lathe Modify, repair, and maintain industrial machinery and tooling Interpret mechanical blueprints and execute to spec Perform precision inspections using micrometers, dial indicators, and Vernier calipers Coach junior machinists and identify tooling/process upgrades Keep a clean, safe, organized workspace with 6S discipline What You’ll Bring At least 3 years of hands-on experience in both manual and CNC machining Solid understanding of mechanics, shop math, metal properties, and machining methods Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively Strong communication and leadership capabilities A proactive approach and dedication to continuous improvement Compensation & Benefits $24–$32/hour based on experience, plus quarterly profit sharing Health, Dental, and Vision coverage starting day one HSA funding: $1,000 (single) / $2,000 (family) On-site amenities: Medical Center, Pharmacy, Barbershop, Fitness Center 401(k) match employer contribution Tuition assistance to keep learning Internal promotion culture—grow your career here Flexible schedule and quarterly profit sharing Ready to Make an Impact?
