Deliver World-Class Service – Deliver an amazing experience for our customers. You must be able to communicate effectively and be willing to go the extra mile for our customers. Troubleshoot and Provide System Maintenance – Consult with clients regarding their heating and air conditioning systems, understand their concerns, and diagnose and fix the issue correctly. Advise on System Upgrades, Improvements, and Service Plans – Help customers uncover additional opportunities and needs related to their home comfort and air quality while offering your expert recommendation for the best solution. You are there to help today and in the future. Job Requirements These are the minimum requirements to be considered for this position. Experience in residential HVAC is a must (2-5 years); light commercial is a plus Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to lift 60 lbs. Excellent communication skills with customers and office team Professional appearance and personality Technician must have own hand tools; company provides larger equipment such as torches, vacuum pumps, recovery machines, combustion analyzers, etc. This is a Veteran-owned business.
