H2 Health is a new company poised to establish itself as one of America's most trusted and reliable outpatient rehabilitation service providers.H2 Health is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to cover about 3-6 hours per week in our H2 Health Newark outpatient clinic in Newark, OH. This position will consist of treating a primarily orthopedic caseload with a mix of general orthopedic conditions, athletes, industrial / return to work clients, neurologic movement disorders, performance enhancement programs, and aquatic therapy.Education: Graduate of an accredited (APTA) Physical Therapy program and currently licensed (or eligible) in the state of Ohio.Experience: Prior experience in outpatient Physical Therapy is preferred; however, newly licensed physical therapists/new graduates will be considered.Qualifications:Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of OhioMust be able to work independentlyMust be comfortable working in an outpatient setting Must pass required background checksFacility Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
