Compensation: Annual base salary: $675,000Annual quality bonus:
$20,000Productivity available: Yes; based on revenue and expenses Benefits: Paid time off (PTO): accrued; approximately 250 hours per year for full time physiciansRetirement: 403(b), 457 plan offeredMedical & dental: Yes; low cost, self insured, PPO structured Position: There are currently four
full-time GI specialists employed by Licking Memorial Hospital all running high volume practices.
