Providing high-quality, patient-centered care, assessing patient conditions, and implementing appropriate interventions.2. Educating patients and their families on disease processes, medical-surgical procedures, and other aspects of therapeutic regimens, including medication and pain management techniques.5. Ensuring all medical activities comply with federal and state laws as well as internal standards and regulations.6. Participating in continuous professional development activities to ensure up-to-date knowledge and skills.7. Effectively communicating with patients, families, and team members to ensure a cohesive and collaborative environment.Job DetailsQualifications:To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications:1. A valid and current Registered Nurse license.2. A minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, with a strong emphasis on patient care.3. Exceptional clinical skills with an ability to handle high-stress situations calmly and effectively.4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on quality patient care and team collaboration.5. Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, with a high degree of flexibility and ability to adapt to changing situations.6. Proficiency in electronic medical records and healthcare databases.7. A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.8.
