Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a travel Registered Respiratory Therapist for a travel job in Newark, Ohio. Job Description & Requirements

• Shift: 12 hours, days, evenings, nights
• Employment Type: Travel Key Responsibilities:
  Evaluate patients and recommend respiratory treatment plans.
  Educate patients on treatments, tests, equipment, and discharge instructions.
  Administer routine physician-prescribed respiratory treatments using:
  Invasive and non-invasive ventilators
  Oxygen and aerosol delivery systems
  Nebulizer devices
  Perform chest physiotherapy using appropriate equipment to aid secretion clearance.
  Conduct patient suctioning (oropharyngeal, nasal, and tracheal).
  Monitor respiratory function using oximetry and capnography.
  Review chest x-rays and assess need for further intervention. Perform:
  12-Lead EKGs and basic arrhythmia recognition
  Pulmonary function tests (e.g., NIF, VC)
  Assist in respiratory-related procedures:
  Bronchoscopy
  Percutaneous tracheostomy (Perc Trachs)
  Chest tube placement
