    Job Requirements
    
    • Minimum of 2 years CVICU experience required
      
    • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio or compact state
      
    • ACLS and BLS certifications required
      
    • NIH Stroke Certification preferred
      
    • Dysrhythmia Exam Required (Study Guide Available)
      
    • Experience with Swan Catheter, Impella, IABP, and CRRT preferred
      Responsibilities
      
      • Recover immediate post-op CABG, TAVR, and VAD patients
        
      • Conduct and analyze initial and ongoing patient assessments
        
      • Administer medications safely and effectively
        
      • Serve as point of contact for patient care coordination
        
      • Perform nursing care associated with life-supporting technology
        
      • Manage critically ill patients with multi-system organ failure
        
      • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care
