Pay Information $2,150 per week About The Position Job Title: Staff Nurse, RN Profession: Nursing Specialty: Registered Nurse Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Nights Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 1 Year in Med Surg License: Current RN License Certifications: Basic Life Support Must-Have: - Minimum 1 year experience working Med Surg - Availability to float to similar units Description: The Staff Nurse, RN provides professional nursing care through the application of nursing skills and processes. This role involves developing, implementing, and evaluating patients' plans of care. The Staff Nurse, RN creates an atmosphere that supports the mission to care, heal, and educate. As the primary caregiver, the Staff Nurse, RN provides direct patient care. Collaboration with other care team members, physicians, and patients/families is essential to achieve optimal patient outcomes. The incumbent has access to confidential patient information and makes decisions both independently and collaboratively. The Staff Nurse, RN works under the direct supervision of the Nurse Manager. Indirect supervision is provided by the Director of Nursing. The candidate will be required to float to similar units as needed. Every other weekend work is required.
