Job Description:

qualified Physician - Emergency Medicine. City: Zanesville State:
OH Start Date: Pending Privileges End Date: TBD Description: We
have exact dates in december and then will have 30 shifts per month
ongoing. Please only submit provider who can cover at least 3 of
the shifts in December as they are a priority. 8am-6pm shift dates
: December 13,14,19,20,21,23,24,25,26,27,28 2p-12a shift dates:
December 12,31 January 1,2 1.6-1.8 patients per hour Annual Volume:
70,000 Level 3 trauma Shift 1: 8a-6p Shift 2: 2p-12a t These shifts
can/will include weekends and holidays. 1099 Pay Rate: Competitive
Market Rates (W-2 Pay Packages available upon request)
Certification Requirements: Please confirm credential requirements
