Job Description:

Description: Lead and manage a pediatric hospitalist team at a well-established hospital, providing high-quality pediatric care including newborn nursery and NICU support. The role offers 24/7 on-call coverage with a round-and-go model, fostering collaborative care with neonatologists and hospitalists. Job Responsibilities: Oversee and lead a team of 3 pediatric hospitalists Provide newborn nursery care with NICU backup Perform pediatric consultations and circumcisions Manage 24/7 on-call coverage, mainly from home (approx. 7 shifts/month) Participate in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) and clinical research Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care ? Working Hours: Approximately 7 shifts per month; 24/7 on-call coverage with flexible remote call Skills: Strong leadership and team management Excellent clinical and pediatric hospitalist skills Effective communication and collaboration Commitment to quality improvement and research
