Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Echo Technologist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: 12/22/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Allied Position Job Notes: Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available. Opportunity: Ultrasound Tech - Sonographer Job Details: • Work 40 hours per week in four 10-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM • Focus on Echo/Vascular ultrasonography (no general ultrasound duties) • Call requirements: no less than every 5th week including evenings and weekends • Call back hours between 5:00 PM to 7:00 AM on weeknights and 24-hour coverage on weekends • All call backs must be approved by a cardiologist or vascular surgeon • Required certifications: RDCS, RCS, RVT, or RVS designation and active BLS certification • Work alongside exceptional peer support with approximately 20 other ultrasonographers on staff • Facility reserves the right to cancel up to 36 hours per 13-week contract with hours marked on facility time report • Quick start position available Facility: This healthcare system provides comprehensive medical services with a strong focus on cardiovascular and vascular imaging services.
