Job Description:
Job Description: A community health hospital is seeking an
OB/GYN to provide hospital-based collaboration and surgical back-up
to a team of Certified Nurse Midwives. The schedule is a
predictable, two-shift-per-week position with no office duties and
meaningful impact in a supportive, rural community. Key Highlights:
Schedule: Two 24-hour shifts weekly (Wed-Fri, 7 AM-7 AM) Scope:
Surgical back-up only- no clinic, office, or nursery coverage
Volume: 450 deliveries annually ( 10 per week); 3 CNMs on staff
C-Sections: Performed as needed; high-risk deliveries transferred
out Compensation: $350k, 136 PTO hours, CME, full benefits,
malpractice covered, incentives available Community Highlights:
