ICU/Critical Care RN in Mount Vernon, Ohio, 43050! Job Title:

Description: Looking for a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse
in the Intensive Care Unit. The position involves caring for adult
and geriatric patients. Registered Nurses may need to float to
similar units as necessary. The facility is a community hospital
that emphasizes a collaborative approach. Candidates will engage
with multidisciplinary support teams including respiratory
services, physical therapy, and pharmacy. Required skills include
arterial line management, care of ventilated patients, and central
line management. Knowledge of dysrhythmia management and monitoring
is critical. Important procedures include vascular procedures with
patient recovery. Experience with special equipment such as IABP,
Impella pumps, Swan lines, and EKOS is highly valued. The unit has
a workload that involves continuous IV sedation and interpretation
of dysrhythmias. Candidates must be adaptable and ready to assist
in various patient care scenarios. Floating within the facility or
to affiliate locations may occur based on patient care needs.
