seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a travel nursing job in
Zanesville, Ohio. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty:
Telemetry - Discipline: RN - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 12 weeks
- 36 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type:
Travel Job Summary (List Format): /n /n- Position: Registered Nurse
(RN) /n- Primary Unit: 4 South Cardiac /n- Float Requirement: Will
occasionally float to other Med-Surg units (Wound Care, Stroke,
Oncology, Respiratory, Observation, ED/Med-Surg boarders, etc.) /n-
Schedule: 36 hours per week, Day Shift (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM) /n-
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend /n- Call Requirement: None
/n- Certifications Required: Active BLS and ACLS /n- Experience
Required: Minimum 3 years of current/recent Telemetry and/or
Stepdown experience (must be able to read Telemetry; will be
competency tested on day one) /n- EMR Requirement: Proficient in
Epic EMR (no refresher or 1:1 training provided; must be documented
and will be tested) /n- Specialty: Adult Med-Surg/Telemetry /n-
Start Date: Only December 15th /n- Termination Policy: Will be
terminated if unable to pass Telemetry competency or if not Epic
