Registered Nurse (RN) | Cardiovascular Operating Room Location: Akron, OH Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,706 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 1/30/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: CVOR Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: Minimum of 18 months recent CVOR experience. License: Must have a permanent Ohio license in hand at time of submission. Certifications: Required certifications need to be active with nothing pending. Must-Have: - Minimum of 18 months permanent CVOR experience prior to travel. - Recent experience in open heart and vascular preferred. - One recent reference from a manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required to qualify for submission. - ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessments must be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required. - Traveler must work at least every other holiday. Description: The registered nurse will provide care in the CVOR specialty. Candidates should have recent experience in CVOR, including open heart and vascular cases. One reference from a supervisory role is required for submission. The position requires excellent ECG rhythm recognition and medication safety skills. The traveler will be expected to work during holidays as part of the commitment. Candidates must have a valid Ohio nursing license and active required certifications. This role mandates a strong focus on patient safety and high standards of care in the operating room setting.
