Provide direct nursing care in a diverse range of clinical settings. Assess, implement, and evaluate patient care plans collaboratively with health care teams. Maintain accurate patient records and administer medications as prescribed. Assist in surgeries or other medical procedures as needed. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure high quality care. Adhere to hospital policies and guidelines while upholding best practice standards. Strong clinical skills in a variety of medical settings Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively High level of compassion and empathy Proficiency in electronic health record systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current registered nurse license in the state of Ohio BLS/ACLS certification
