Key Responsibilities: Assist the Director of Nursing (DON) in overseeing all aspects of the nursing department, including staffing, training, and professional development. Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure exceptional care and services for residents. Support the development and implementation of policies and procedures that align with our mission and values. Monitor and evaluate quality of care , recommending and implementing improvements as needed. Ensure full compliance with federal and state regulations . Qualifications: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (in good standing). 2 years of leadership experience in healthcare, preferably in a long-term care setting. Strong organizational, supervisory, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities . Passion for providing high-quality care to seniors .
