Registered Nurse with relevant mental health credentials.

Ability to provide psychosocial interventions and coordinate
treatment plans Description: The Behavioral Healthcare Provider
develops, coordinates, implements, and provides interdisciplinary
services focused on the integration of behavioral and biomedical
science. The role involves applying knowledge and techniques
relevant to health and illness for prevention, diagnosis,
treatment, and rehabilitation. Within their scope of practice, the
provider performs psychosocial interventions with clients. They
conduct individual, family, or group interventions such as
counseling, testing, and education. The provider develops
intervention goals and objectives aimed at educating clients and
resolving their functioning issues. They participate in
establishing, implementing, and evaluating treatment system goals
and objectives. Interviews with clients and their families are
conducted to set case goals and objectives. The provider assesses
clients and determines specific intervention techniques, monitoring
responses to treatment. Feedback on the effectiveness of prescribed
treatments is provided. The provider evaluates cases managed by
lower-level behavioral healthcare providers and tracks client
progress. Necessary data documents are maintained to meet the
requirements of regulatory agencies. The role includes preparing
social histories, admission summaries, court documents, and forms
as required by policy. They serve on treatment and program
development teams and attend training and meetings. Establishing
and maintaining working relationships with other facilities and
services is essential to coordinate referrals and follow-up
services. The position requires knowledge of departmental
regulations, procedures, and counseling practices. The ability to
counsel on sensitive matters and recognize errors is important.
Problem-solving skills in variable situations and the application
