Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. A contract
opportunity is available for an Occupational Therapist to support
an elementary school setting in Fairborn, OH. This position
involves working with a small caseload of two students, providing
approximately 175 minutes of therapy per month with potential for
additional hours. The role is scheduled for the current school year
with an immediate start date through May 21, 2026. Key
Responsibilities: Deliver individualized occupational therapy
services to students within an elementary school environment
Collaborate with educators and support staff to develop and
implement student-centered therapy plans Monitor student progress
and adjust interventions as needed to support developmental goals
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and
regulatory standards Qualifications: Licensed Occupational
Therapist with experience in school-based therapy Knowledge of
pediatric therapy techniques appropriate for elementary-aged
children Familiarity with special education processes and school
team collaboration Strong organizational and communication skills
Location: Fairborn, Ohio Position Duration: Current school year
contract Start Date: ASAP through 5/21/2026 Compensation: $45-$55
