ASAP Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Sterile Compounding
Pharmacist with sterile compounding experience to join a
fast-growing compounding pharmacy in Highland Village, TX. This
role includes oversight of sterile and non-sterile pharmacy
operations, regulatory compliance, and supervision of pharmacy
technicians. Key Responsibilities: Oversee sterile and non-sterile
compounding departments Ensure compliance with local, state, and
federal pharmacy regulations Verify compounded medications for
accuracy, safety, and quality Collaborate with healthcare providers
on patient medication plans Perform patient assessments and provide
immunizations Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff
Requirements: Pharmacy degree from an accredited program Active
state pharmacist license in good standing Minimum 1 year of sterile
compounding experience Sterile compounding certification required
Strong knowledge of sterile compounding standards Compensation &
Benefits: Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 per year Sign-on Bonus: Up to
$5,000 (based on experience) 401(k) Health insurance Paid Time Off
