Registered Nurse (RN) | Cardiovascular Operating Room Location: Columbus, OH Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,935 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/5/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified CVOR RN in Columbus, Ohio, 43210! Job Title: Operating Room RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: CVOR Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 4x10-Hour Hours per Shift: 10 hours (06:30 - 18:30) Experience: Minimum of 2 years in cardiac, vascular, and transplant experience; 1 year of CVOR experience; 1 year in a Level I Trauma facility. License: Valid compact or state license required. Certifications: BLS required; ACLS preferred; NIHSS preferred. Must-Have: 3 years of overall OR experience with 2 years dedicated to cardiac and vascular care. Description: This position requires a Registered Nurse with specialized experience in cardiovascular operating room settings. The schedule will involve primarily day shifts, with some flexibility needed for call. The role requires strong skills in general OR procedures as well as cardiovascular, thoracic, and vascular surgeries. Experience with EPIC charting is required to effectively document patient care. Common procedures in this role may include coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG), valve surgeries, and endovascular procedures. The unit focuses on heart and vascular care and handles a variety of complex cases. Candidates should possess experience in trauma care, specifically in high-acuity settings. A commitment to infection control and safety protocols is imperative in this role.
