full-scope optometry, providing comprehensive eye care services for
the best patient care. Job Description Conduct comprehensive eye
exams to assess vision and eye health. Provide contact lens exams
and fittings tailored to individual patient needs. Offer LASIK
consultations and evaluate patients for surgical eligibility.
Screen for ocular diseases, including cataracts, glaucoma, macular
degeneration, and diabetic retinopathy. Collaborate with a
supportive team to ensure exceptional patient care and a positive
work environment. You'll work alongside a dedicated and supportive
team of professionals committed to providing exceptional patient
care and creating a positive work environment. Investing in their

Compensation and Benefits Total Potential Annual Earnings:
~$200,000 (including phantom equity) Base Annual Salary: $150,000 -
$170,000 Monthly Incentive Bonus: Averaging $1,000 - $1,500
Generous Retention Bonus: $10,000 - $20,000 based on the length of
your employment agreement Medical and dental coverage Three weeks
