Job Description:
Job Description Job Description We are seeking a versatile and
skilled Radiologic Technologist to perform high-quality diagnostic
imaging across multiple modalities. This role serves as a primary
point of contact for patients, ensuring clinical excellence and a
superior customer experience. Beyond clinical duties, the
technologist will assist with departmental operations, quality
control, and leadership responsibilities during management
absences. Core Responsibilities Imaging Excellence: Perform
diagnostic procedures in Radiography (X-Ray), CT, Mammography, Bone
Density, and Ultrasound according to established protocols.
Operational Leadership: Oversee the department and staff in the
absence of the Manager or Director; manage scheduling for assigned
sub-departments. Technical Workflow: Responsible for the accurate
processing and transmission of images to the PACS system. Quality &
Compliance: Actively participate in Performance Improvement (PI)
and Quality Control (QC) activities; ensure adherence to State and
Federal regulations. Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain
equipment and medical supplies for assigned imaging areas.
Requirements & Qualifications Education: Graduate of a program
accredited by the JRCERT . Licensure: Valid State license and
Fluoroscopy permit as required. Certification: National
certifications in at least two modalities (e.g., ARRT, ARDMS).
Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) . Experience: One year of
Acute Clinical Radiography experience preferred. Technical Skills:
Proficient computer skills and familiarity with imaging
software.
