Registered Nurse (RN) | Progressive Care Unit Location: Columbus, OH Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $2,179 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/23/2026 About the Position Job Opportunity – Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse – Ohio Start Date: March 23, 2026 Location: Columbus, Ohio Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM), every other/third weekend required Highlights: 22-bed Progressive Care Unit specializing in burn care, plastic/reconstructive surgery, and complex surgical cases Patient ratio of 4-5 patients per nurse on nights and weekends Work with specialized procedures including burn dressings, flap checks, and leech therapy EPIC documentation system with full interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams Teaching hospital environment with 24 hours of orientation provided Comprehensive support services available including PT, social work, and transport Requirements: Active RN license (Compact or Ohio state license required at time of submission) BLS and ACLS certifications required Minimum 2 years of recent PCU experience with similar patient population Patient ratio experience of 3:1 or similar required Previous charge RN experience preferred Teaching hospital experience preferred Nursing education from ACEN or CCNE accredited program Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only) Two professional references required (at least one from manager/director or formal leadership) Willingness to float to different units within the organization as needed Why It's a Great Opportunity: This position offers the chance to work in a specialized PCU environment caring for a diverse adult and geriatric population with complex surgical needs including burns, plastic/reconstructive surgery, urology, GYN, ENT, and oral/maxillofacial procedures.
