This position involves working primarily in vascular surgery with opportunities to float to cardiovascular and general operating rooms as needed. The assignment offers a structured schedule and the chance to engage with advanced surgical technology including the DaVinci Robot. Qualifications and Desired Experience: Current RN license with at least two years of vascular operating room experience Proficiency with the DaVinci Robot system BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory Able to work or take call during holiday periods preferred Commitment to a 36-hour workweek with flexibility for call responsibilities Schedule/Hours: 36 hours per week, structured as three 12-hour shifts Weekend work every 2nd or 3rd weekend Two days on-call per week Responsibilities: Deliver expert nursing care in the vascular operating room Provide support in cardiovascular and general operating rooms when vascular cases are not scheduled Respond to call assignments and adapt to changing case demands Coordinate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes Maintain up-to-date documentation and compliance with facility standards This role offers a unique opportunity to enhance surgical nursing skills in a dynamic environment with a focus on vascular procedures and robotic assistance.
