hiring a Master's-Level Licensed Therapist to provide school-based
mental health services at Beacon Academy in Canton, Ohio . This is
a full-time, school-based clinical role serving students in a
supportive, flexible academic environment where mental health is
valued and integrated into the school culture. Job Snapshot
Position: School-Based Licensed Therapist Location: Beacon Academy
– Canton, OH Schedule: Primarily daytime hours Job Type: Full-Time
Services: Individual & Group Therapy Setting: On-site at Beacon
Academy Supervision: Paid clinical supervision available (if

collaboration and mental health support. What You'll Do As the
School-Based Licensed Therapist, you will: Provide individual
therapy and group therapy to middle/high school students Conduct
clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Utilize evidence-based and trauma-informed interventions Provide
crisis intervention and stabilization support when needed
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and school staff
Participate in team meetings and case consultations Complete timely
documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) Engage in
supervision and ongoing professional development This position
provides year-round services (including school breaks) to ensure
