Job Overview: We are seeking a board-certified Non-Invasive Cardiology Physician for a locum tenens position near Carrollton, Ohio. This role offers an opportunity to join an established cardiology team on an inpatient basis with on-call responsibilities. Position Details: Practice Setting: Inpatient with scheduled call Shift Schedule: 7:30 a.m. ??? 4:00 p.m. On-Call Requirements: Evening call from 4:00 p.m. ??? 7:30 a.m.; weekend call coverage 1-2 weekends per month Patient Demographic: Adults, ages 18 and up Average Daily Admissions: Variable, inpatient only Qualifications Required: Certification: Board Certified in Cardiology (Non-Invasive) Licensure: Ohio state license (or willingness to obtain) Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Procedures and Responsibilities: Perform non-invasive cardiology procedures, including: Treadmill and Chemical Stress Tests Electrical Cardioversions Transesophageal Echocardiography (TEE) Standard Echocardiography and EKGs MRI/CT Reads (if applicable) Utilize the EPIC EMR system for documentation Collaborate with a team of cardiologists to provide high-quality care for inpatient cases Practice Highlights: Supportive environment with seven cardiologists on staff Comprehensive inpatient cardiology care Level 1 Trauma Center designation for emergencies and critical cases Well-equipped facilities, including ICU beds for critical cardiology patients Additional Information: Credentialing Timeframe: Estimated at 30-90 days Travel and Lodging Reimbursement: Lodging with travel at standard/economy rates Submission Requirements: Current, up-to-date CV Ohio License Number and/or NPI Malpractice history and/or references if available Details on provider availability and locum experience If you are interested in hearing more about this opportunity near Carrollton, Ohio, apply today using the reference Job ID j-257535 to join a dedicated cardiology team in a flexible, rewarding locum tenens role.
