Job Description:
Job Description Job Description My mom is coming home from 3
months of rehab after a stroke and will need 24/7 supervision to
keep her healthy and safe in her own home. We are currently
creating a pool of care providers that would be available evenings
and over night with some PRN (fill in) hours possibly during the
day. Depending on the schedule here are some of the duties we are
looking for:Medication Prompting, Light Housekeeping, Mobility
Assistance, Help Staying Physically Active, Bathing / Dressing,
Meal Preparation, Companionship, Transportation.We have a Care
Coordinator that will manage schedules.
