Job Description:

care and maintaining a safe environment for patients and
colleagues. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
needs. Monitor, record, and report symptoms and changes in
patients' conditions. Administer medications and treatments to
patients and monitor outcomes. Prepare patients for, and assist
with, examinations and treatments. Instruct individuals, families,
or other groups on topics such as health education, disease
prevention, and childbirth. Develop and manage nursing care plans
in collaboration with other healthcare professionals. Ensure the
maintenance of accurate patient records and maintain
confidentiality. Provide emotional support to patients and their
family members. Strong clinical skills in a healthcare setting
Excellent teamwork and communication skills Proficiency in using
healthcare software and systems Ability to handle stress and make
decisions under pressure Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
in the state of practice. Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced
Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
