Job Description:

individuals for our Registered Nurse Residency program. This
program is designed to equip new graduates and nurses early in
their careers with the comprehensive skills and knowledge necessary
to excel in various challenging and fulfilling healthcare settings.

different settings, gaining invaluable insights in rehabilitative
and home-based patient care. Deliver safe and high-quality patient
care under supervision in accordance with established policies and
procedures. Participate in assessing, planning, implementing, and
evaluating nursing care across various patient recovery scenarios.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to enhance patient
outcomes. Engage fully in the learning modules and practical
hands-on mentorship during the residency. Document patient care
services by charting in patient and department records and ensuring
confidentiality of sensitive information. Adhere to
infection-control policies and protocols, medication administration
and storage procedures, and controlled substance regulations.
Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops,
reviewing publications, and participating in professional
societies. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability
to work collaboratively in a team setting. Capability to handle
physically demanding tasks. Critical thinking and problem-solving
skills. Proficient in clinical skills with an agility to learn new
techniques efficiently. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance 401k Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of
practice. Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required, Advanced
Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
