Brickyard Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Weekend Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team. This position will primarily involve working weekends to support our goal of providing comprehensive and high-quality care to our patients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring patient health, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare providers to deliver exceptional medical services. This role requires a thoughtful individual who thrives in a caring and fast-paced environment. Assess patients’ health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records. Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients. Advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management. Liaise with physician and healthcare providers to ensure quality patient care. Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions. Maintain accurate patient reports and medical histories. Strong clinical skills in a healthcare environment Excellent verbal and written communication Proficiency in managing multiple priorities Knowledge of healthcare software and systems Empathy and compassion towards patients Ability to work independently and as part of a team Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
