Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available to support
K-12 students in a school setting located in Ashland, Oregon. This
in-person role requires a dedicated professional licensed to
practice SLP in Oregon and is contracted through June 4, 2026. Key
Responsibilities: Provide direct speech-language therapy services
to students across a broad caseload spanning kindergarten through
12th grade Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
based on student needs and assessments Collaborate with educators,
families, and other specialists to support student communication
goals Maintain thorough documentation of therapy sessions and
progress reports Participate in school meetings and contribute to
interdisciplinary teams Qualifications and Experience: Valid Oregon
licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is mandatory
Experience working in school settings preferred, with a
comprehensive understanding of caseload management for K-12
students Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication
with students, parents, and staff Ability to engage students with
diverse speech and language needs effectively Location and
Schedule: Position is located in Jackson County, Ashland, OR
Full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM
In-person attendance is required; no virtual or telepractice
