Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the
APTA Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS
Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC At least 1 year
experience with outpatient PT Assignment Details Facility Type:
Hospital Shift: Days No on call, no weekends or overtime Every
