Start Date: 3/30/2026 About the Position We’re hiring an
experienced Respiratory Therapist for a local healthcare provider
where you’ll be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing,
and evaluating the treatment, care, and needs of patients with
breathing disorders. Minimum Requirements: Associate or bachelor’s
degree from a Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science
program. Current state license in good standing with the State
License Board for Ohio. Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
credential required. One year experience as an RRT in an acute care
hospital setting preferred. Client requires experience providing
intensive respiratory care and operation of ventilatory equipment.
BLS certification required. ACLS certification preferred.
Demonstrated competency with arterial puncture, oximetry and
capnography monitoring, suctioning (oropharyngeal, nasal,
tracheal), and tracheostomy care. Experience with invasive and
non-invasive mechanical ventilation setup, monitoring, and
maintenance. Ability to perform 12?lead EKGs, basic arrhythmia
recognition, pulmonary function studies (NIF, VC), and assist with
bronchoscopy and chest tube procedures as needed. Competence in
documentation of respiratory treatments, charges, and communication
during shift handoffs. Must be able to transport patients within
the facility and work with multidisciplinary teams. Apply now and
