Director of Imaging and Cardiac Services opening near Dayton, OHPosition Overview: Located in Sidney, OH Full Time; PermanantHospital EmployedBoard Eligible/CertifiedSeeking a dynamic and forward-thinking leader to serve as our Director of Imaging and Cardiac Services-a key role responsible for advancing and growing these critical service lines.Develop and execute strategies to grow Imaging and Cardiac servicesExpand outreach initiatives including mobile mammographyIdentify opportunities for service line expansion and partnershipsPartner with physicians and community organizationsServe as an ambassador for Imaging and Cardiac servicesCollaborate across departments to improve careOversee daily operations across Imaging modalities (CT, MRI, Mammography, Ultrasound, etc.) and Cardiovascular services (Level II Cath Lab, Rehab, and Vascular Services)Ensure safe, efficient, patient-centered careLead staffing, scheduling, and team developmentManage budget, productivity, and financial performanceImprove efficiency, access, and patient experienceUse data to drive decisionsMaintain compliance with regulatory standardsOversee equipment and quality programsPromote safety and accountabilityLead with a servant leadership mindset, focused on supporting, developing, and empowering their teamBe highly collaborative, building strong relationships across departments, with providers, and within the communityDemonstrate accountability and follow-through, holding themselves and others to high standards while maintaining respect and professionalismCommunicate with clarity and transparency, creating an environment of trust and consistencyBe visible and engaged, present in the department and actively connected to staff and operationsApproach challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset, balancing operational realities with strategic thinkingFoster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and growth, particularly within Imaging servicesEmbrace a customer service mindset, ensuring a positive experience for patients, providers, and team membersQualifications:Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred3+ years leadership experience in Imaging requiredCardiac experience strongly preferredKnowledge of Imaging operations and regulationsExperience in growth or outreach preferredAbout the Community:A family focused community with great schools and supportive colleagues.
