Crawford, VA Mt. Crawford, VA to Reading, PA Reading, PA to New Wilmington, PA New Wilmington, PA to Minster, OH Littlefield, TX to PlantCity, FL Freepot, MN to Elma, NY Canyon, Texas, to Jackson, Wisconsin Cayon, Texas, to Granite City, Illinois New Ulm, Minnesota, to Sulphur Springs, Texas Midwest / Northeast Pay Differential: Loads that pick up and deliver in the Midwest/ Northeast regions receive a $.05 cent pay differential.
